The TOL model is for each team to be well balanced and infused with Legends Marquee players and more recently-retired players, with the commitment to engage African and Caribbean Legends as Players and Head Coaches. TOL 2023 will consist of Promotional Events to include its Marquee Legends players participating in a series of exhibition matches as part of the official launch of TOL.
